Kathy was formerly the Tax Research Supervisor at BGE and a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG.  She was also an instructor for Baltimore County adult education computer classes.  Kathy received a B.A. from Washington College, with further course work at Johns Hopkins University and Loyola College.  She is a member of the American Institute of CPA's.  She is active in her church.  Kathy enjoys reading and is the mother of triplets.
