Julie was on the tax staff at KPMG and Wolpoff & Company.  She also worked in the tax department of Noxell Corporation.  She has a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola College.  Julie is a competitive tennis player and enjoys riding her horse.  She and her husband live in Baltimore County and have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren.
